Below is a list of useful FAQs to help you know the information necessary to navigate our product pages and continue with your orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay

We create all your products after your order has been made. We don’t have bulk items in stock, so your products may be delayed due to supply shortages and the time it takes to create your request. Customizations can be requested on many of our products, such as colors, materials, and alterations to a print before the printing process. In a rare case, you may incur more costs if you request a change of materials used to create your order. You will be notified of the cost changes, and the balance will need to be paid before your item is shipped. When we source our materials, we try local sources first. Our used brands may change at any time due to the availability of materials. We use the standard U.S. size charts when we list sizes on our products. Differing brands may offer slight deviations.

Orders

Once an order is made, we gather the supplies and begin processing it. Currently, this process can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days. We try to locate materials from local sources first. If there are supply shortages, we will need to purchase materials online, which does offer challenges with shipments. If you choose to substitute a different material for your order, you may incur extra charges. We will contact you, and those extra costs will need to be paid before your order ships.

Contact

It may be important to contact you about your order, and we will either email, text, or call you to discuss your order. This contact may be to better clarify the preferences and requests made on your order. If you supply a text number, you may receive updates or images of your completed order. Shipping

We ship using USPS from Sand Springs, OK. Although we would love to ship internationally, we currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Most products fit in the flat rate boxes and envelopes. We try to estimate the real-time shipping, but sometimes we get the shipping costs incorrect. If the shipping costs are more than two dollars over actual shipping and handling, we will send a refund of the overage. On rare occasions, local pickup can be offered if you message us here.
