Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Because many of our items are handmade and customized, refunds or exchanges are only available if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom, personalized, embroidered, or printed products are non-returnable unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Certain personal care items
Partial refunds may be granted when:
- A book shows obvious signs of use
- An item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm it has arrived. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your card company, as posting times can vary.
- Check with your bank, since processing delays sometimes occur.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or clearance items, as well as custom, personalized, embroidered, or printed products, cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at leasparlor@gmail.com with your order details.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost and return shipping fees will not be included in your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
