Wild & Free Outdoor Play is all about getting outside, moving around, exploring, and discovering what happens when play has a little more room. Backyards, parks, campsites, beaches, and open spaces can all become places for a new adventure.

Outdoor play can be active, competitive, creative, or completely unplanned. Toss something, chase something, race across the yard, test your aim, or invent a game with rules that somehow change every five minutes. Explore nature, search for interesting discoveries, or simply see what happens when imagination leaves the house.

Adventure themes can draw inspiration from camping, hiking, fishing, sports, water activities, nature, wildlife, and outdoor exploration. Some toys may encourage movement and friendly competition. Others can inspire curiosity, discovery, and imaginative adventures. In addition, portable play items can come along for family trips, camping weekends, picnics, vacations, and days at the park.

Outdoor play does not require an elaborate plan or an expensive destination. Sometimes all it takes is an open space, something fun to do, and enough curiosity to wander a little farther than you did yesterday.

Wild & Free Outdoor Play celebrates childhood adventures that happen beyond four walls. Get moving, make up the rules, explore something new, get a little dirty, and have some fun. The toys may eventually come back inside, but hopefully a few good stories come back with them too.
