We’re excited to announce that CustomCraft personalized products are officially available and ready for you to explore! At Lea’s Parlor, CustomCraft is about more than just one type of customization. We combine a variety of creative techniques to produce products that are as unique as the people who order them. Depending on the project, your item may be created using machine embroidery, sewing, sublimation printing, Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, 3D printing, metal stamping, or traditional printing methods. Some projects even include hand-finished etching techniques. Every customization method has its own strengths, and we carefully choose the one or combination of methods that will create the best finished product for your design, style, and intended use. As we continue to grow, we’ll also be expanding our creative capabilities, allowing us to offer even more personalized products and customization options in the future. Our goal is to make ordering CustomCraft personalized products simple and enjoyable.
Some of my favorite projects have started with nothing more than a simple picture, an idea, or an email asking, “Can you make something like this?” Those conversations are where the creative process begins. Together, we’ll discuss your vision, research ideas, choose materials, and work through the design until we have a plan that fits your needs. For more detailed projects, I may create digital mockups or even sew a sample before completing the final piece. I believe custom work should be a collaboration, and I enjoy working with my customers to create something that is truly one of a kind.

You’re just a few steps away from creating something that’s uniquely yours! CustomCraft offers dozens of customizable base products, each with its own available sizes, styles, and personalization options. Many items can be personalized with your choice of colors, themes, patterns, text, monograms, artwork, or photographs. While some products include selectable options directly on the product page, others use the Customization box where you can describe your ideas, preferred colors, names, themes, or other special requests.
After your order is placed, we’ll review your customization request and contact you using the information provided with your order. Because many custom projects require collaboration, please make sure the email address you provide is one you check regularly. If you prefer to communicate by text message, you’re welcome to include your mobile phone number in the Customization box or reply to our email with the number you’d like us to use. We will only text you if you’ve provided your number and indicated that you’re comfortable communicating that way.
If your project includes personal photographs, logos, or other artwork, we’ll send you an email with instructions for submitting your files. Please reply with your order number and attach the highest-quality images available. Original digital files always produce the best results. While we can often make minor adjustments to improve an image, low-resolution or blurry images may not produce the quality needed for a beautiful finished product.
For more detailed or one-of-a-kind customizations, additional design time or materials may be required and could result in additional charges. If that’s the case, we’ll discuss all options with you and provide pricing before moving forward. Throughout the design process, we may send digital mockups, design proofs, or sample photos for your review and approval. We want you to feel confident that every detail meets your expectations before we begin printing, embroidering, sewing, or permanently creating your custom item.
Once your project is complete, we love sharing a photo of the finished piece before it ships. This gives you the opportunity to see your custom creation and allows us to confirm your shipping address before your package is sent. Since shipping addresses occasionally contain mistakes or outdated information, taking a moment to verify the address helps ensure your custom order arrives safely.
